To get rid of something, accept it.
Whatever the condition, person or thing, that we want to get rid of from our life, it is necessary to accept that it a part of us. We cannot get rid of them by resisting it/them and going 'I don't want it or them in my life'.
When we accept that we are like 'them' too things change instantly. We find that the condition, person or thing disappears from our life. Or co exists peacefully without bothering us.
To want it out, accept it fully. That you are like that thing you dislike so much.
